For example, some days are more expensive - 4th of July is more expensive than a Wednesday in February.  Seasonality also plays a large role in pricing! Yes, we would love for you to bring your boat! We are located in a private cove off of the main channel of the Coosa River. So you can boat, tube, ski, wake surf or fish on some of the best fishing in the southeast. The best part is, we have our own boat launch on the property so you do not have to take your boat to a public boat launch. 

Yes! We have recently installed STARLINK, and it is remarkable. You can run multiple streaming TVs and have multiple phones on the WiFi at once. It even runs great with gaming. 

Yes! It is conveniently located on our private property so you do not have to drive your car to take your boat to a public boat launch! It's right in your back yard.

Yes! We offer a ready-to-heat and eat catered food package as an add-on to your stay and can provide more information on the cost of that if you're interested.
